This is a public document - could we use this tool for tracking stuff?

How can I do _everything_ on the web AND minimize the amount of redundancy of data.

I have a real problem with email, in that one message to 5 people becomes 5 messages. It three of them in turn reply to all, you now have 5 + (3*5) = 20. Counting the copied in your "Sent Mail", we have 40. It is really ridiculous. I might not even care about the topic...

In general, one email to n-people generates a maximum of 2(n + (m*n)) emails after m generations. This is CRAZY! Even with unlimited storage and great search - it's like a real pain in the butt to just find stuff.

I would like to see a mixing of the concept of email with that of wikis and blogs. The real key here is that there need to be a simple way to create threads for specific people and then let those threads spawn side-bars with potentially a subset of the original members or even new ones.

So here is an approach.

Use Google Docs/fav word processor -> Blogger which you can syndicate we could have a blog for each product. That would be cool.

there is also Google Groups, which has the nice message board thing.
